We currently deliver to the following Australian states:

• New South Wales (NSW)
• Victoria (VIC)
• Queensland (QLD)

We do not deliver to any other states or territories at this time.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location and the items ordered. The applicable delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

2.2 Multiple Delivery Charges

For orders containing items from multiple suppliers, separate delivery charges may apply. Each supplier will deliver their items independently, and the total delivery fee will reflect this arrangement. You will be notified of these charges at the time of checkout.

2.3 Additional Costs

Additional fees may apply for:

• Delivery to remote or hard-to-access areas.
• Special delivery requirements (e.g., crane trucks or forklifts).

3. Delivery Times

• Metro Areas: Delivery within 3-5 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Regional Areas: Delivery within 5-10 business days from the order confirmation date.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or supplier delays.

3.2 Delivery Notifications

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. For large or bulk items, the delivery team may contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.

4. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete delivery details, including contact information.
• Be present or ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified address.
• Notify us of any access restrictions or special delivery instructions in advance.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you:

• Upon delivery to the specified address.
• When left at the premises if delivery instructions indicate "authority to leave" (e.g., leaving goods unattended).

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods after delivery is completed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

6.1 Damaged Goods

If your items are damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

6.2 Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered and the incorrect items to be returned.

7. Non-Delivery Areas

We do not deliver to:

• States or territories outside NSW, VIC, and QLD.
• PO boxes or parcel lockers.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
